Our high-profile law firm client is seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist to join their team for a 2 month contract. This contract may be extended.
The Digital Engagement Specialist will be responsible for the management of website content publishing, email campaign execution, and the creation of interactive digital experiences. They will play a large role in driving the firm’s online brand presence and overall digital marketing success.
Responsibilities
Ensure the firm displays the best-in-class digital experience
Display a good understanding of SEO and implement best practices across all platforms
Monitor the website and ensure compliance with all regulations, including privacy regulations and AODA/WCAG
Ensure that the brand messaging is consistent across all platforms
Manage and maintain the email marketing campaigns and contact list
Collaborate with the design and development teams to bring interactive and immersive digital experiences to life
Implement user-friendly and responsive designs for all platforms
Use analytical tools to track and analyze engagement across all platforms
Monitor digital trends and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for change and enhancement
Requirements
Strong proficiency with marketing technology platforms including Content Management Systems (CMS) and Marketing Automation Systems
Experience and proficiency in design and editing programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
Ability to display web design skills, knowledge of website standards and best practices, SEO principles and best practices, email and marketing content
Hands on knowledge of HTML, CSS, UX, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, mobile layouts, and responsive breakpoints
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams
Experience with analytics insights and working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
