As a Market Insights Consultant, you will lead and deliver high-impact research initiatives that inform strategic decision-making across our client's organization.
This role combines advanced analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end primary research projects, including design, execution, vendor management, and quality assurance
Develop surveys and research tools aligned with best practices and stakeholder objectives
Synthesize data into clear, compelling insights and executive-level recommendations
Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders
Manage the Member research panel, including recruitment, engagement, and data integrity
Oversee relationships with research vendors, platforms, and third-party partners
Integrate multiple data sources to deliver holistic insights and recommend future research opportunities
Enhance research processes, including exploring AI-driven methodologies and best practices
Conduct secondary research to produce company and industry intelligence briefs
Support strategic planning through market, product, and customer journey analysis
Drive adoption and effective use of market intelligence platforms across Marketing teams
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of market research experience with strong analytical expertise
Proficiency in SPSS, survey tools, and Microsoft Office (data visualization skills preferred)
Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Familiarity with research panel management is an asset
Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage external vendor relationships
Experience leveraging AI tools in research environments is preferred
