Our client, a large multi channel product and service organization is looking for a Marketing Analytics & Insights professional to join their team for a one-year contract position.
You will support data-driven campaign strategy and execution. You will also partner with marketing stakeholders to deliver insights, optimize targeting, and improve campaign performance through advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audiences, and data requirements
Build customer profiles using first- and third-party data
Develop and automate campaign lists and Power BI reporting
Support campaign design, including segmentation, test/control frameworks, and performance measurement
Translate data into actionable insights to inform marketing strategy
Identify data gaps and recommend enhancements to improve analytics capabilities
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Commerce)
5+ years of experience in database marketing and marketing analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL/SAS
Experience with Power BI
Proven ability in campaign targeting, segmentation, and performance analysis
Experience with third-party data (e.g., PRIZM) and SAS certification are assets
Skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
Salary range: $60-89K/yr
