Director, Marketing & Product Strategy

Our fintech client is seeking an experienced, energized and agile marketer for the role of Director, Marketing & Product Strategy.

This is a great opportunity to utilize your skills and leadership in strategy and planning of integrated marketing campaigns, manage key partnerships, measure and track all campaigns, collaborate and consult with various internal teams. This role is also a part of the Leadership Team.


Responsibilities
  • Partnering across Marketing & Communications to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans involving sales, product and partner marketing.
  • Identifying audience or competitive data needs and pursue research as needed to capture qualitative and quantitative information to manage and develop audience personas
  • Lead creation of co-marketing plans for multiple partner categories including our bank partners, card brand and product partnerships to drive lead generation, thought leadership and awareness
  • Assist with development of creative briefs to communicate project requirements to creative and copywriting teams, acting as point of contact for execution and guiding creative team to deliver creative that maps to overall strategy
  • Set KPIs and define measures of success, reporting on results
  • Monitor market trends to uncover consumer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Participate in regular management leadership team meetings and committees
  • Lead, coach, develop and manage a team

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience working in B2B companies with a focus on strategic planning & partner marketing relationships
  • Strong experience in lead acquisition, with demonstrated sales funnel optimization experience
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders
  • A data-backed and results-driven mindset, adept at analyzing results, finding insights and creating action plans to deliver ongoing improvements
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing
  • Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills
