Our client is growing their digital team and needs a Digital Marketing Strategist with a great understanding of digital testing, developing hypothesis, optimizing campaigns and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the marketing and product teams and other stakeholders on new initiatives and optimizing existing campaigns
- Reviewing product roadmap to determine relevant testing required
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise and standardize digital testing
- Develop hypotheses to support acquisition strategy for specific market segment
- Managing projects from strategy to execution
- Ensuring all stakeholders are keep updated on timelines and deliverables
- Able to look for solutions and streamline internal processes, and improve efficiency
Must Haves:
- University education
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, agency or client side
- Experience with technology including Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs, DCO, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks & social media tools
- Strong experience with A/B testing, conversion rates and other digital optimization
- 3+ years' experience working on acquisition strategies and marketing segmentation
- Overall understanding of digital marketing strategy and how it translates to digital channels
- Experience project managing campaigns and initiatives from start to completion
- Comfortable communicating project details with senior leadership and multiple internal stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile environment an asset
