Our client in the investment & insurance industry is seeking an enthusiastic Specialist in Marketing & Communications to join their growing team.
This role works within the Marketing & Customer Experience Department and focuses on the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and plans. An ideal candidate is customer-service focused, highly skilled in communication, and inspired to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize accurate brand representation and increase brand engagement
- Collaboratively create and execute marketing material targeting business expansion and reflecting customer need
- Inspire audience education and action through compelling marketing content design and creation
- Collaboratively develop and execute journey maps built on customer insights inspired by business outcomes
- Participate in results tracking and efficiency assessment for existing campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain and improve digital assets for optimized customer experience
- 50-60% of this position is writing and creating content for various channels
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing with some experience in financial services
- Demonstrated ability to execute diverse, creative marketing plans (print and digital)
- Proficiency working with some design applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Comprehensive understanding of online marketing tools including Google Analytics, Salesforce etc.
- Excellent written communications skills and time management
