Account Supervisor (or Senior Account Manager)

Our Agency client is looking for an Account Supervisor (or Sr. Account Manager) for their Toronto office.

You'll work closely with a US financial services client and may be required to travel from time to time in the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing digital and marketing strategies that meet client objectives
  • Day to day project management of integrated marketing campaigns with strong digital focus including lead gen, CRM, sales enablement and content
  • Working closely with internal teams including client services and creative
  • Managing the day to day communications with clients and internal teams
  • Ensuring project and campaign completion is on time
  • Looking for opportunities to make improvement efficiency and increase business with existing clients
  • Building decks and weekly status meetings
  • Managing budgets, reporting and invoicing

Requirements:
  • Background education in digital marketing or account management.
  • 5+ years' agency experience in account management and client services
  • Past experience and understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Persuasive communication style and able to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent time management skills and interest in working in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment
